Out of the past 4 orders, we have not received one correct order!

They were very rude in regards to us using their parking lot while attending a Memorial for our mother, grandmother, friend, etc, at the Main Street Community Center. It was late this afternoon & we were gone by 500 so would have not interfered with anything.
Upon traveling back home to Il.,from an emergency trip to Texas,we pulled into Sleep Inn due to bad weather conditions...Thinking a delivery from my favorite pizza place (pizza hut) would be awesome as not having to drive to get something to eat would be nice...However,that wasn't the case,Skylar,who took my order was rude and seemed to hurry me off phone,while I tried to add items to my order or ask about pasta's...Never once asking would that be all before giving me a total...(pricing wasn't even an issue)...Told up front delivery would be an hour which I had no problem with...
but hey,delivery driver polite,so I guess it could be worse...
Pizza is always extremely greasy and the staff is usually inattentive.
Delivery time however was only good thing about whole experience,about 25 - 30 minutes...Pizza,pasta and bread sticks was cold...no plates, napkins,parmassean cheese, or silverware for pasta ...overall,worst ever experience with Pizza Hut...
