Every single time I order from Marcos my order is wrong. This is not an exaggeration. It is every time. Tonight it was the wrong dressing for my Greek salad and there was very little feta cheese. I make the driver wait while I check my order and I point out that there was virtually no feta on the salad and that the dressings are light Italian which I can not stomach. I told him they are supposed to be Greek. He says they are out of Greek. I ask him if that was the case then why not tell me so when I placed the order. This is absolutely ridiculous. Between the 15 minute time frame it took for the girl to stop acting like a child and take my order properly to another order wrong. I am done. Please bring back the older Manager.
Very quick and good pizza and for you first visit they definitely give you lots of free stuff to come back and use on your next visit.
We have been going to them for a couple years. They normally have great pizza and delivery is usually not bad. Today though we ordered at 5:47pm and finally got our pizzas at 8:35pm. We called at 7:01pm and was promised fresh pizza in 20 min. We were told ours would be first to be delivered on a 4 delivery run. Ya, an hour and 15 minutes later we got them. Needing to be reheated, looking like they had been under heat lamps or over cooked. Brittany did give me my money back but still not happy camper and will not be returning. Though I imagine that 10 pizza order that was taken at 7pm was delivered fresh and hot. Be careful when doing delivery.
This was hands down the best sausage on pizza I've had locally. Very impressed. Will definitely drive across town to come back.
We moved to Haysille about a year ago. Some days the pizza looks great. Other times there is so much oil it goes through the box. Other times its just not that good. My point is I guess the constancy needs to get better.
